Abteilung 502 Oil Paint – Cobalt Blue / Faded Navy Blue (AKABT030)

Cobalt Blue is the modeller’s shortcut to proper Panzer Grey variation mix a touch in and a big grey hull stops looking like a flat slab and starts showing real tonal shift. It works just as well adding depth to blue uniforms, or picking out bridges and superstructure on small-scale ship models.

Best for

• Tonal variation on Panzer Grey vehicles
• Depth and shading on blue uniforms
• Small-scale ship bridges and superstructure

A small addition changes how an entire grey or blue surface reads under light subtle, but it makes a real difference.

Cool-tone depth for greys and blues. Blend it out with a soft filbert from our brush range, and thin with a proper thinner.
