Dirty Down Verdigris Effect – 25ml

Dirty Down Verdigris recreates the blue-green patina that builds up on aged copper and bronze the finish you want on statues, domes, ancient armour and relics that have supposedly been standing for centuries. The dark liquid dries to a high-matt verdigris in one to five minutes, so you’re not waiting long to see the result.

Best for

• Copper and bronze statues, domes and relics
• Ancient armour and weathered metalwork
• Brush, cloth/tissue or airbrush/sprayer application

It looks its best worked into rough, textured surfaces the kind of pitted, aged detail where real patina would naturally collect and cling.

Water-soluble and reworkable if you tone it back too far. Pairs naturally with the Dirty Down Rust effect on the same piece if you’re mixing metal types across one model.
