Duncan Rhodes Two Thin Coats – Asmodeus Red (Midtone)

Asmodeus Red doesn’t do subtle. It’s a rich, classic red with genuine backbone the sort of confident midtone that makes cloaks, armour and heraldry the first thing anyone notices on the table. Duncan Rhodes built it into the Two Thin Coats range specifically to solve red’s biggest headache: getting proper, even coverage without three or four watery coats.

Best for

• Base coats on red cloaks and robes
• Armour panels and trim
• Heraldry, banners and anything that needs to command attention

Lay it down in a couple of thin coats and you’ve already got a clean, saturated red ready for shading or a bright edge highlight no fighting the paint to get there.

A proper workhorse red, no drama required. Keep a detail brush to hand for crisp trim and heraldry linework once the base coat’s dry.
